This information is collected when you contact us through our email address or telephone number provided on our website or through our contact form on the contact page.

Should we require more information from you, you are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

Our website was built with and is hosted by the platform Square-space. Square-space collects cookies to help our websites loading speed and enhance your user experience. Cookies are small files which are downloaded and stored onto a user's electronic device to help improve a user’s experience. They allow the website to recognise that user’s device and store some information about the user’s preferences or past actions to best increase the sites functionality. Polson Motor Company LTD is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and that your data is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. We never sell any information we collect and do not share any data unless compelled to by law. We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service.

We keep paper financial/accounts information for 6 years, after that year end it is then incinerated. Electronic financial/accounts information is kept for 6 years, it is then deleted. Customer personal information is kept for 3 years before being deleted and shredded.

How can I access the information you hold about me?

Should you request to view, amend, restrict or remove any of your personal data, please contact us either by email at john@polsonmotorco.com or by phone +44 (0) 1440 841 447. To protect your privacy and security we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making changes. You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights.
